Executive Team

Mike Fu Xiaowei
Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director

Mike is the founder of YY Group & has more than 12 years of experience in casual labor manpower management and business strategic planning.


He was recognised as Entrepreneur of the Year in 2015 by the Association of Small and Medium Enterprises and the Rotary Club of Singapore.

Zhang Fan
Co-founder & Executive Director

Zhang Fan is the co-founder of YY Group. She is principally involved in the business development and corporate communications functions of the group.


She was previously the Administrative Director of Bank of Communications.
Zhang Fan holds a Bachelor Degree of Advertising from the Beijing Geely University.

Jason Phua
Chief Financial Officer
Jason has over 12 years of experience in project management in the industries of property, oil and gas, information technology (IT), manpower outsourcing, and cleaning. Jason is a Chartered Accountant of Singapore. He holds an Honours Degree in Banking and Finance.
Rachel Xu
Chief Human Resource Officer

Rachel is principally involved in managing the full spectrum of HR functions for the group.
She has 7 years and 8 years of experience respectively in the hospitality management industry and manpower outsourcing and cleaning industries.


Rachel is a member of Singapore Human Resource Institute (SHRI).

Teng Sin Ken
Chief Information Officer

Ken is responsible for overseeing all IT operations, managing project timelines and system development.
He has over 12 years of experience in leading and delivering the digitalisation and automation of business processes for corporate organisations.


He holds a Bachelor Degree in Information Technology.
